Ph.D Management Part Time at IIFT Delhi Offline Course

(a) Master’s degree/M.Phil. degree in any discipline (including IIFT MPIB) from a recognized university with at least 55% marks or CGPA equivalent to B Plus in aggregate.

OR

Diploma courses which are considered equivalent to Master’s Degree (e.g., PGDIM from IIMs) with 55% marks or CGPA equivalent to B Plus, recognized by AICTE/UGC would be considered. In such cases candidates would be required to produce the necessary certificate(s) from Association of Indian Universities (AIU).

(b) A relaxation of 5% of marks, from 55% to 50% may be allowed for those belonging to SC/ST/ OBC (non-creamy layer)/ and differently-abled and other categories of candidates as per the decision of the University Grants Commission (UGC) from time to time.

(c) In case of Part Time Programme: A minimum of three (3) years’ experience is required for the candidate from industry and one year experience is required for the candidate from teaching.

(d) Candidates who are in the final year of the Master’s degree are also eligible to apply. However, if selected, their admission will be on provisional basis. Admission of such candidates who joins the Ph.D. Programme on provisional basis but fails to obtain minimum percentage in the Master’s degree examination (as defined in (a) above) is liable to be cancelled forthwith. Such candidates should immediately inform the Institution on declaration of her / his results. Admission of candidates who do not inform the Institute of such situation will automatically stand cancelled on 8th October 2021. No request for extension of time for re-evaluation, etc. will be entertained.
