IIT Tirupati scholarship includes Merit-cum-scholarship, Institute free studentship, Institute SC/ST scholarship, and many other scholarships are offered by the institute that supports financial needs of the students. The college offers many scholarships to meritorious and needy aspirants. IIT Tirupati scholarships are offered separately for B.Tech, M.Sc., M.Tech, M.S and Ph.D students.
Institute Merit-cum-Means Scholarships, Institute Free Studentship and SC/ST Scholarship are B.Tech programme scholarships. To avail these scholarships, candidates’ annual family income should be up to Rs. 4.5 lakhs. Indian Institute of Technology Tirupati scholarships for M.Sc. programmes are Merit Scholarship, Free Studentship and 50% Free Studentship. These scholarships are provided on the basis of the performance of candidates in every semester, except 50% free studentship, where in addition to the performance of the candidates annual family income is also considered. The annual family income should be up to Rs. 4.5 lakhs.
For M.Tech programme students, HTTA, that is, Half Time Teaching Assistance is offered. Under this scheme, the IIT Tirupati scholarship amount, Rs. 12,400 per month is awarded to those students, who are admitted to the M.Tech programme. The institute also offers fellowships to M.S. and Ph.D. programme students. For candidates admitted to M.S. programme, Rs. 12,400 per month and for Ph.D programme students, Rs. 31,000 per month is awarded. The permanent campus is still under ongoing construction. Currently, we’re in a transit campus spanning 30 acres. While the facilities are decent, we eagerly await the completion of the permanent campus.

College Infrastructure
The campus of IIT Tirupati is relatively new but serene, surrounded by lush greenery. The infrastructure includes well-maintained classrooms, labs, and libraries. While it’s not extravagant, it provides a conducive environment for learning.
The experience in the college is one of the kind .Great!

College Infrastructure
College is under construction since it’s new IIT , but yes it’s magnificent .Classroom and academic blocks are quite big and cafeteria is one of the best thing here , infrastructure wise but lack in food options .

Yes, Many IIT's like IIT Madras and IIT Tirupati, conduct written test and interviews round for the admission of M.Tech or MS. IIT Madras call for interview for M. Tech who has qualified first round (written exam) . They used to ask some conceptual questions and some practical application oriented questions.
Admission in M. Tech (TA) and Research programmes, like MS, in most IIT include written test/ interview along with GATE score , so candidates must prepare well for it and should have the proper preparation strategy for it.
