Master of Public Policy at IIT Tirupati Offline Course

Graduates from all backgrounds can apply. They shall have a minimum of 55% marks (all the subjects, including languages and subsidiaries, all years combined)if they are from General, OBC, or EWS category and 50% marks (all the subjects, including languages and subsidiaries, all years combined) for the SC, ST and PwD categories.

The admission process is divided into two tracks GATE and non-GATE; and called Track-I and Track-II. While the Track-I students can apply directly with their GATE scores, Track-II students will have to appear for an entrance test conducted by the Institute.

Students will be selected for the next round i.e. interview based on the GATE cut-off scores and entrance exams merit, respectively. A final merit list will be generated based on the GATE score cut-off/marks obtained in the written test and the interview. Criteria for admission, including the relevant cut-offs, will be decided by the Institute, with relaxation for reserved category applicants as per the rules of the Government of India.
