60 MonthsBachelor of Arts, Bachelor of Legislative Law (BA LLB) is a five-year full-time Integrated program in Law offered by Madhusudan Law University, Cuttack with the approval of the Bar Council of India (BCI).
The Course shall be called as Five years Integrated B.A.LL.B. (Hons.) course. This course has been designed in accordance with the standards and regulations prescribed by the UGC and Bar Council of India Rules of Legal Education, 2008 from time to time.
NUMBER OF SEATS: The intake capacity for the B.A.LL.B.(Hons.) The program shall be 120.
Eligibility Criteria
An applicant who has successfully completed the Senior Secondary School Programme (10+2)/ or appearing in +2 or equivalent from a recognized University of India or from a Senior Secondary Board or equivalent, constituted or recognized by the Union or by the State Government, shall be eligible for entrance examination into 5 Year B.A.LL.B. (Honours) Course.
The Candidate belonging to the general (Unreserved) category shall have to secure at least 45% of the total marks in aggregate and the candidates belonging to the SC/ST category shall have to secure at least 40% of the total marks in aggregate for admission into the course (original certificates along with photocopies to be submitted at the time of the counseling).
There shall be no relaxation of marks in minimum eligibility for admission. Such minimum qualifying marks shall not automatically entitle a person to get admission.
Admission Details
The candidate seeking admission into 5- 5-Year B.A.LL.B. (Hons) Degree Course shall apply in the prescribed form available on the website of the university, www.mlu.ac.in. A copy of the filled-in application form along with the application fee receipt of Rs. 700/- should be brought at the time of counseling/admission.
The process of applying the application form for the entrance test along with the requisite fee should be completed within the stipulated time period as mentioned in the advertisement/notification.

College Infrastructure
The buildings are newly made and have good furnitures along with facilities but there are no sports facilities along with not having an auditorium and the place is a bit small but they'll be making a new building so that's that.

College has a good infrastructure overall. It has a good environment for studying and the classrooms are well managed and furnished. Is has proper smart class with central ac working properly and library is well maintained.

Infrastructure is good. We have a state of the art library equipped with all the law books needed. Classrooms are great and are well equipped with air conditioners. We have separate reading rooms too. College is well equipped with wifi. We do not have any cafeteria in the campus but the campus is clean.
