The University offers one year Post Graduate LL.M. course in three specialisations, viz:
Constitutional Law
Commercial Laws
Personal and Family Laws
Intellectual Property Laws
The course is designed in accordance with the University Grant Commission 2012 guidelines.
A Centre for Post Graduate Legal Studies has been established by MNLU Mumbai which
includes a team of dedicated teachers to guide students. The pedagogy of the course involves a
combination of regular classes and concurrent research.
Eligibility Criteria
An LL.B Degree or an equivalent examination with a minimum of Fifty percent (50%) of marks or its equivalent grade in case of candidates belonging to General/OBC/PWD/NRI/PIO/OCI categories and Forty-Five percent (45%) of marks or its equivalent grade in case of candidates belonging to SC/ST categories.
Candidates appearing in the qualifying examination in April/May are also eligible to apply.
No upper age limit is prescribed for appearing in CLAT.

The admission shall exclusively be based on the performance of the candidate in the Common Law Admission Test (CLAT)
