MATS University, Raipur was established in 2006 and is Chhattisgarh's oldest Private University. MATS University has two campuses. The main campus is in Aarang and the city campus is in Raipur. MATS University has been accredited by National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) with grade “B++”. MATS University offers courses at diploma, undergraduate, postgraduate and doctoral levels. Admissions at MATS University are based on merit in the last qualifying exam or entrance exam scores are also accepted for admission to different courses. The university is recognised by the University Grants Commission (UGC), All India Council of Technical Education (AICTE), and Bar Council of India (BCI).

MATS University, Raipur Scholarship

MATS University, Raipur offers scholarships to meritorious students. MATS School of Engineering provide scholarships and awards for academic excellence. MATS School of Sciences offers a strong scholarship programme for meritorious, weaker section and backlog students. MATS School of Sciences also offer 25% Scholarship of the total fee for single girl child. The university has different schools that offer MATS University scholarship scheme. Students benefit from the freeship and scholarships offered by the university besides government scholarship schemes.

MATS University scholarship scheme includes Chancellor’s Scholarship for all students as well as Government Scholarship for category students. Candidates will avail MATS University scholarships subject to the fullfilment of eligibility requirements. Tabulated below are scholarships offered by MATS University.

The campus is small but other things at good like classrooms, wifi connectivity , sports ground , medical facilities, sports and games are excellent of my college , food quality is not so good but normal

Mats university infra is huge and you'll see many institutions in the same campus but no smart class though you can play sports ,no swimming pool bus facilities is there and hostel is good and the food is hygienic and clean

College is good a very bug university in CG purely atutonomus , classrooms are huge , hostels are very good with variety of foods and its hygenic , wifi is everywhere in the campus though low speed, and also sports are also there.

Hi aspirant,

To do computer science and engineering or information technology one needs to have Mathematics as a compulsory subject in intermediate studies. Now since you have basic maths in class 10th then you cannot choose mathematics as a subject in class 12 and hence you won't be able to be a software engineer. However engineering is not the only way to become a software developer you can also do bachelors in computer application which does not required mathematics as a compulsory subject and proceed in the field of development application and websites.
