About NID Assam
National Institute of Design Assam was established in 2019. NID Assam was started under the Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade (DPIIT), Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Government of India. NID Assam is recognised as an institute of national importance.
- National Institute of Design Jorhat courses include BDes in Textile and Apparel Design, Communication Design and Industrial Design.
- Students must clear class 12th and appear in the NID DAT for NID Assam BDes course admissions.
