Here is the list of mandatory documents that are required

• One passport size photograph with signature (self attested).
• Income declaration-affidavit (Format- B) on non-judicial stamp paper of 10 (Rupees Ten) by each parent.
• Proof of permanent residence.
• Photocopies of Passport and PAN card of parents / guardian and applicant.
