OSGU Hisar is approved by the University Grants Commission (UGC) under section 2 (f), of UGC Act 1956. The university is spread over 35 acres of fully-developed institutional land with a lush green campus and modern infrastructure. OSGU Hisar was declared as the state private university under Haryana Private Universities Act.

The campus is in Hisar with a beautiful environment and has a modern architecture. Hostels are also available with all kind of facilities. Big and well maintained classrooms proper cleanliness and facilitate labs.

The university infrastructure is satisfactory. Classrooms are well-lit, large, and equipped with projectors, and Wi-Fi facility is available in all academic blocks. The labs are adequately equipped (most of which is available for technical subjects), and the library is also acceptable in terms of the number of books, journals, and reference materials available on the topics of BBA.
Overall experience is not so good in this university campus
