OSGU or Om Sterling Global University HIsar was established in the year 2019 under Haryana Private Universities Act – 2006 as per section 2F OF UGC ACT – 1956. OSGU is approved by the University Grants Commission (UGC) under section 2 (f), of UGC Act 1956. The university is spread over 30 acres of fully-developed institutional land with a lush green campus and modern infrastructure. OSGU was declared as the state private university under Haryana Private Universities Act.

OSGU offers undergraduate, postgraduate, doctoral and diploma courses in science, vocational, engineering, fine arts, management and business administration, arts, humanities and social sciences.
