Sanjay Ghodawat University, Kolhapur is a state private university established in the year 2009. The university is approved by the University Grants Commission (UGC) and the Government of Maharashtra, it is accredited a grade ‘A’ by the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC). It offers 14 degrees and 38 courses in various domains such as Technology, Commerce and Management, Computer Science and Applications, Science, Architecture, Pharmacy, and Liberal Arts. The programmes are offered at different levels such as undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctoral.
