72 MonthsDoctor Of Philosophy (Ph.D.) program in Mathematics shall be for a minimum duration of three years, including course work, and a maximum of six years. Extension beyond the above limits will be governed by the relevant clauses as stipulated in the Statute/Ordinance of the individual Institution concerned Offered by SRM University, Sikkim.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum academic qualification required for admission is that the candidate should possess a Post Graduate Degree recognized by the respective statutory regulatory bodies for pursuing research.
- The candidate should possess at least 55% marks in aggregate or its equivalents grade in PG level.
- Candidates (Faculty members) should have at least 2 years of service experience in SRM University Sikkim.

The eligible candidates need to appear for a written entrance test, followed by an oral interview.
