24 MonthsMaster of Computer Applications (MCA) is a two year long professional post-graduate programme for candidates wanting to delve deeper into the world of computer application development with the help of learning modern programming language. The programme is a blend of both theoretical and practical knowledge. An MCA degree endows students’ an opportunity to work with tools meant to develop better and faster applications.
Designed to meet the shortage of qualified professionals in the IT (Information Technology) industry, an MCA degree - in India - is offered by many colleges. Infact, there are various colleges that also offer integrated MCA programmes as well.
Eligibility Criteria
- Passed BCA/Bachelor Degree in Computer Science Engineering or equivalent Degree
- OR
- Passed B.Sc./B.Com/B.A. with Mathematics at 10+2 Level or at Graduation Level (with additional bridge Courses as per the norms of concerned University)
- 45% in Graduation with any stream and Mathematics in Class 12 is compulsory (40% marks in case of candidates belonging to SC/ST category) in the qualifying examination.

The facilities are good enough that there are labs with well-established equipment and rooms for libraries, as well as departmental libraries. I am not a hosteller, so I don't know about the food. There are also sports events named Utsaah, and there are also many more events in which you can take part
