72 MonthsThe programme is a unique and highly specialised integrated research masters – PhD programme in the built environment and design excellence. Following the guidelines of National Education Policy (NEP), the programme will allow flexibility to the candidate to select the type of programme (integrated or direct PhD), enrollment status (part-time and full-time), specialisation in multiple areas and tracks (inquiry versus practice). The programme will expose scholars to multidisciplinary applications in the domains of the built environment and design. The uniqueness of the programme lies in its carefully crafted blend of structure, delivery and mentorship, by experienced faculty members and seasoned practitioners.

Eligibility Criteria
- Candidates must have studied under 10+2+3 pattern of education (or 10+2+4) (or 10+2+5) or equivalent years of study through regular full-time study
- Candidates are ideally required to have completed a Master’s degree in any discipline with a minimum of 55% marks (or an equivalent grade)
- Candidates of Indian origin or overseas scholars who have completed a Master’s Degree from an accredited overseas university securing a minimum of 55% marks (or equivalent grade) would be eligible
- Candidates with a Bachelor’s degree must demonstrate a minimum of three years of postgraduate professional or practice experience. (Also see clause 18)
