Degree wise Admission Process

B.Ed(Bachelor of Education)- The B.Ed program of Aakarshan College of Education has a sanctioned intake of 100 seats. Admission to the B.Ed works against merit wherein admission gives weightage to marks obtained in the qualifying examination and/or entrance examination. Other criteria may be added as per the policy of the state government/UT Administration and the university. To be eligible for the B.Ed., the candidate should have completed his/her bachelor's degree or equivalent from a recognized university.

D.El.Ed (Diploma in Elementary Education)- The D.El.Ed program has 50 seats at Aakarshan College of Education. The admission process for D.El.Ed follows similar guidelines as those of the B.Ed program, with merit being the main criterion. Marks obtained in the qualifying examination and/or entrance examination are taken into consideration during admissions. The selection process is done in accordance with the rules and regulations formulated by the state government or UT administration. The eligibility criteria generally require completion of 10+2 or equivalent from a recognized board.
