The College has ICT-enabled classrooms with wi-fi connection, LAN, and projectors that provide a dynamic and proactive teaching-learning environment for the students. The process of adoption of ICT is an ongoing process that fully supports teaching and learning. The teachers of Kalinga University are currently using ICT in classrooms in the form of PowerPoint presentations, NPTEL videos, spoken tutorials, online quizzes, use of e-books, and are in the process of developing and implementing e-lectures so that the students be benefit even beyond the classroom.
The College Library at Kalinga University Raipur, is more like an integrated Knowledge Resource Centre that is stocked with large number of Books, Magazines, Indian and International Journals, Online Journals, and other Online Resources supporting all aspects of Studies and Research. Kalinga University has 79,000+ books and is also subscribed to various National and International Journals. It has a reading room capacity for 400 students that is divided into 2 halls of 200 each. The University is also a member of several Online/Digital Libraries, including the National Digital Library (NDL), Developing Library Network (DELNET), NPTEL, Manupatra (For Law Students), J-Gate (Social Science), J-Gate (Engineering and Technology), INSPEC Database by Elsevier, and Web of Science. Students are given free access to these e-resources through their ERP login.

The college has a Moot Court hall for the conduct of its intra and inter Moot Court activities. The Faculty shares a well-equipped Legal Aid Cell where the students undergo training by handling practical case studies from society and taking up the cases in innovative ways. Regular moot courts have been conducted to enable students to analyze and argue both sides of hypothetical legal cases before professors, lawyers, retired judges, and jurists who serve as judges using procedures modeled after those employed in state and federal appellate courts. Such exposure further helps students during their careers. A moot court is an extracurricular activity at Kalinga University in which students take part in simulated court proceedings, which usually involve drafting memorials or memoranda and participating in oral arguments.
The College has a theatre and the seminar rooms are extensively set up for regular interfaces, guest lectures, presentations, conferences, cultural events, and other academic activities. We have multiple seminar rooms equipped with the latest audiovisual facilities. These facilities provide an excellent environment to support teaching and learning for both staff and students with complete audio-visual support.
The college has IT infrastructure and its associated facilities regularly to keep pace with standards up to the satisfaction level. The University has upgraded all the classrooms across campus to a pleasant environment for study with ICT, High-Speed Wi-Fi, and the latest audio/video integrations. The University has also expanded the existing internet bandwidth to 1 GBPS. The University has upgraded Laptops, desktops, Servers, Scanners, Copiers, and Printers. The University provides its students with state-of-the-art, well-furnished computer labs, with more than 1000 computers exclusively for students; computing centers with internet-enabled computers serve the day-to-day computing needs of students. Language labs with student consoles and language lab software, along with digitalized audio and video material to develop interactive language skills, are available for the students. An ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) implementation ensures that all processes within the University are computerized and information is readily accessible to authorized users (administrators, faculty, and students).
