According to eligibility criteria of Government College of Education, Burdwan in order to be eligible for BEd
candidates needs to have pased Bachelor's Degree/Master's Degree in Science/Social Science/Language with 50% marks,There is relaxation of 5% marks in favour of SC/ST & DA/PWD (Differently Abled) categories.


This 50% or 45% marks in Bachelor's degree with Hons. may be determined either on the basis of Hons. marks only or on the basis of Hons. marks and marks of the elective subject taken together excluding ENVS / Languages.

So, if you belong to  General Category, it's difficult to apply with 47% aggregate at pg level,however you must check the above mentioned criteria in terms of graduation marks.
