So without wasting time I just wanna answer your question yes u may get ece at this rank , not in main councelling but in internal sliding which is totally based on no. Of available seats in that branch . As most of the Student prefer college from jee rather than upsee college ( due to placement scenario) hence you may get your desired branch.

So, you have a high chance of getting into this college with the branch of your choice. But Kamla Nehru Institute of Technology does not offer Chemical Engineering.
