With only 89.6 percentile, it seems rather unlikely for you to get into IET DAVV.Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya offers admission to students with her Jee main percentile of greater than 95.5 for students having no form of reservation. However, in case you have some sort of reservation, then you may get an admission into the Institute. Therefore, you can see how slim your chances are and it all depends now on your quota rank.

Hi karan! If you do not get the fee waiver seat, there is definitely a chance of securing scholarship from aktu under the lower family income criteria. For that you need to fill the form through college and 50k around fees is transferred if you are in general category and 60k if belong to reserved category. The amount depends on the funds provided by the government and it depends on them. So be alert and proceed accordingly.

Hope you are enjoying your good time at ur place.
So without wasting time I just wanna answer your question yes u may get ece at this rank , not in main councelling but in internal sliding which is totally based on no. Of available seats in that branch . As most of the Student prefer college from jee rather than upsee college ( due to placement scenario) hence you may get your desired branch.
Best wishes from my side!
Hope u like my answer, kindly up vote it if you find this informative
All the best for your future
