Karpagam college of engineering, coimbatore is lot better than Dr Mahalingam isntitute of engineering and technology, coimbatore, As Karpagam engineering colleges has very good placements as compared to Dr Mahalingham engineering college. Also in Karpagham college nearly 70% of the students get placed in c ompanies like Amazon, Hexaware, Infosys, Many companies also visit the campus for placements.
