According to the previous year cutoff, it is very hard for you to get B.Tech CSE in Kamla Nehru Institute of Technology, Sultanpur because the last year closing rank was 2508 for CSE. It is also tough for you to get B.Tech IT seat in KIET as the last year closing rank was 3385. You can get other branches in KIET anyways.
Similarly there are tough chances for you to get CSE/IT branches in IET Ahmedabad and Lucknow. And also in BIET. You may expect IT branch in BIET in second round of counseling. But if the rank inflation does not favour, you have no luck.
But you have good chances to get CSE/IT in these colleges:-
• Institute of Engineering and Rural Technology, Allahabad
• University Institute of Engineering and Technology CSJMU, Kanpur
• Dr Ram Manohar Lohia Avadh University, Faizabad

Hi aspirant since you have 2620 as your SC category rank it means your state rank will be about in range of 15k-25k. And dear on this rank range it is ofcourse not possible for you to get in IET because to get into IET one should required atleast rank in range of under 5k. So over all you can't get into IET with this rank.

Congratulations! I'll start off with BITS Pilani dual degree chemistry, so when you take admission as a dual degree student in BITS your branch of B.Tech is determined on the basis of your performance in first year, so after you complete your first year they will release cut-off for each branch of B.Tech and accordingly you have to choose, so I feel there lies a risk because due to some reason if you couldn't manage to perform well you may not get your preferred branch. BITS Dubai, CSE will great but you need to keep in mind about the fact that you have live there and among all the BITS campus CSE in BITS, Dubai is least preferred due a lot of factors. Thapar institute is great in terms of placement and crowd, they are renowned to offer the best package and they have very limited seats, so it's quite a advantage. Keeping all of this in mind you may select accordingly. All the best.

Hi anandita, there is a high possibility to get admission into NIET in CS as seen in the last year their closing rank in the girls category was 36911.
