The Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) programme of Khalsa College of Education has an approved student strength of 200. Admission is merit-based on marks obtained in the qualifying examination and/or entrance examination, as per state government and university norms.
Master of Education (M.Ed) has an intake capacity of 50 students. The admission procedure is the same as that of B.Ed with focus on merit on the basis of qualifying examination score and/or performance in the entrance examination.
BA B.Ed Integrated course has an approved student strength of 100. It is merit-based admission, considering marks in the qualifying examination as well as marks in the entrance examination. Admission requires students to indicate subject choice and pedagogic specialisations at the time of admission.
Similar to the BA B.Ed course, B.Sc B.Ed Integrated course also takes in 100 students. Admission is the same, based on merit, and students will have to select their subjects and pedagogic specialisations during admission.
The intake for the Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Applications (PGDCA) course is 50 students, it would be based on a merit scheme like other courses.
The intakes approved for the integrated programme of B.Ed M.Ed Integrated is 50 students. Meritorious admission will be done, following qualifying exam and/or performance in entrance tests as per the guidelines of government and university.
