Batch of 2017 | MBBS
Okk lets start by mentioning the goals of a medical student. These can be grouped as practical (as in your diagnostic skills, command on clinical aspects) AND then there are academics (bagging gold medals n most important of all cracking p.g. entrance). Now lets scrutiny the college on these aspects: #1 the clinics : well undoubtedly it is m.p.s most sound institution as far as clinics n practical experience is concerned. Affiliated to Maharaja Yashwant Rao hospital n housing a highly trained team of doctors. One gets to learn and practice good deal of subject applications. #2 academics : The institution comes under devi ahilya university. There are a few problems as far as schedules of proff exams are concerned I.e.exams are moslty delayed n so are the results. The level of teaching vary depending upon the dept. Ranging from hopeless to an acceptable level. Infrastructure wise it wud be 5 on 10 with avg sports facility , avg classroom maintenance, reading room n all. #3 preparing for p.g.s now heres the area where the real success of this institution lies.you get amole time to prepare for your p.g.entrance exams. Good no. Of students get selected each year. Well to sum it all up one can practically be profound and score good in p.g. but he needs to keep himself motivated . No one else is gonna push you ..no not here....
