According to past year statistics and your score, you stand almost no chance od getting a college through JEE main. Still fill the preferences as you want them to be because the counselling process can be really unpredictable. However, keep searching for alternatives aswell.

You have a great percentile, but the boards percentage falls below the distinction of 75%, which will be problematic, as most of the reputed architecture colleges in India consider the board percentage too. But still, you will definitely get a good collage owing to the JEE paper 2 percentile.
