i got 70 % in jee main paper 2 and rank is 66348 and of gen category. will i get addmission for B ARCH and B PLANNING

It's very difficult for you to get into any SPAa or NITs with your rank and category (since general) so you can try for other colleges offering B.arch.
Yet, you can go through the counceling process of JoSAA and hope for the best.
