KNIT Sultanpur has shown steady improvement in placements over recent years. In 2025, the highest package offered was ₹17.5 LPA by American Express. For the 2026 batch, placements are still ongoing. As of now, the highest package has reached ₹14 LPA. Several reputed companies such as Ciena, Glance, and Jaro Education have visited the campus. Multiple students have received offers in the ₹10–12 LPA range. Branch-wise, CSE and IT have performed well with around 70% placement so far. In comparison, Mechanical and Civil Engineering branches currently have 20–30% placement. Since the placement process is still in progress, further improvement is expected.

I am a Computer Science Engineering (CSE) student, and I chose KNIT Sultanpur because of my interest in coding and core computer subjects. Based on my experience, I would recommend this college mainly for CSE and IT branches, as placement opportunities are comparatively better here. For Mechanical and Civil Engineering, campus placements are very limited. However, these branches are good for GATE preparation, as the academic focus is more theoretical and helps in building strong fundamentals.
