College Infrastructure
NIMS Jaipur has all the necessary infrastructure, facilities and equipment to support the course and campus life. The campus is large and lush, with well equipped classrooms, smart boards and labs. The library is extensive with 60000 plus books and 200 plus journals plus e-resources. There are sports complexes, gym, swimming pool and 24/7 hospital facilities right on the campus. Hostel facilities include WIFI, mess, security along with banks, ATMs, grocery, stores, transport and a number of cafeterias.
Academics
I studied BTech in Computer Science and Engineering because I have always loved coding and exploring new technologies. The teaching was very supportive, and the professors explained concepts clearly and guided us through projects. The curriculum was up to date, covering AI, data science, and modern tech, which made me feel confident and job ready after graduation.
Placements
Around 70 to 80% of students got placed during the latest placement cycle, especially in Engineering Streams like CSE. The highest salary package for engineering was about 35 LPA, and the average package was around 5.5 LPA for BTech students. The placement process was organised and supportive with the placement cell helping with the placement cell helping with interviews and company interactions. I personally felt the experience was positive and helped me start career planning confidently.
Campus Life
The NIMS Jaipur campus is spacious, green, and well-equipped with modern labs, library, gym and sports facilities. Students enjoy fests, clubs and sports. Faculty and staff are supportive, and the campus is safe with medical support along with that the location is convenient for daily needs.

My experience at NIMS Jaipur Has been positive overall. I benefited from supportive faculty, practical learning and a peaceful campus environment. The infrastructure and hostel facilities made students life comfortable, and the placement support helped me secure a job in an MNC, which made my college journey truly rewarding.

MGAHV University has basic but workable infrastructure for MA History students. Classrooms are adequate for postgraduate classes and discussion-based learning. Academics in MA History are fairly good. Teachers have subject knowledge and focus on Indian history, historiography, and optional papers. Classes are mostly regular and exam patterns are clear. Students who attend lectures and read recommended books can do well. Research guidance is basic but helpful at MA level.

Placements are very limited for MA History students. There is no direct job support from the university for arts postgraduates. Most students prepare for NET, PhD, teaching, or government exams. Career progress mainly depends on personal effort, research work, and competitive exam preparation.

TPO cell is outstanding and very helpful. Will guide properly to get you a job but ofcourse it's your effort that matters at the end. On my year it was 88% who were placed. So year to year it may vary for sure.

I enjoyed a lot and made great friends for life and there is ragging free campus, but some people make a non bengali group and tries to show power which college must look into.

Overall I would ask to evaluate the current average package given and the college fee and decide to pursue. On my years it was excellent.

Academically also the college is average as the focus is not on skills but on theoritical knowledge. So, there is a need to add skill enhancing courses. But the teachers here are really good they are knowledgeable and experienced. They also students in their studies.

Placements of the college are also average as it's not like you will get placed through your campus placement drives. But you, yourself have to apply out of the campus to get a job. The college does not gurantee you a job placement.

Labs have very poor infrastructure, especially in Electronics labs the Equipment will not work properly but the professors need output at lab examinations, even professors are not knowledgeable enough for teaching, i never seen a professor who got output in my entire college life, and when comes to classes the seats are not good enough.

The entire curriculum teaches us nothing, i never found it useful anywhere, we have to learn ourselves from YouTube to pass the examinations, paying lakhs in money just for nothing and learning in YouTube sucks. Any when comes to projects, any professor didn’t gave me good advice.

The placements are really tough to clear, if we get placed the package would be 3.6 lakh per annum, The placement cell didn’t have a good team to get some good companies, only 20% percent people gets placed.

Its not bad, but not good aswell, there is no good playground for cricket only one match can play at a time where all the others should just sit and watch or go home and sleep.

Most of the student live inside the Hostel about 90% of the student Hostel, so we have to apply for out if you want to go outside the campus, so that’s a very big drawback because we get two hours on three working days and on Sunday, we can go outside from 7 AM to 8 PM

I would say the academics are mixed. Some of the Professor are well experienced with lots of industry experience also, but some of the teachers are new and they do not have that much experience so the academics are mix, but all the teachers are very supportive and they make us feel like we are not that much good

The placement in our college is not that good, but as a fresher, if you want to start your journey in the professional career, you can start as 5 to 7 LPA, which the colleges providing, but the good thing is all of the students was studying in AIMT gets placed within the campus

The canteen has no food or drinks to provide it is on you to get things for your hungry stomach. They take our phones at the reception before entering our classes. I have to get papers as in for answer sheet for the internals and my own laptop in internal practical.
