Majority of them have enough experience and are good at concept clarifications, but industrial exposure is very limited. The course curriculum is decent to impart technical knowledge even though it is not always aligned with the current industry requirements.

Only about 25-30% of my course students get placed each year. The salary package is usually between ₹2.5 LPA to ₹4.5 LPA, which is quite mediocre. Companies like Hero, JBM Group, and a few local manufacturing firms visit for recruitment; however, the number of openings is not enough.
