Faculty in my department are knowledgeable, approachable, and emphasize understanding over rote learning. They make sure to include real-world examples in every lecture. Students appreciate how easy it is to communicate with teachers regarding projects, internships, or doubts. Many faculty members conduct workshops and skill sessions beyond the syllabus to make learning more interesting. The mentorship program ensures every student receives personal academic guidance.

College infra is decent: big classrooms with fans & blackboards, some projectors, Labs have working PCs & scopes. Library full of books, few e-desks. Cricket ground, basketball, badminton ok. Hostels 4-sharing, clean, WiFi (slow evenings). Mess food fresh & hygienic. All used, maintained well.
Pursuing MBA Marketing via distance-fits my Chennai sales job perfectly, lets me upskill without quittting. Materials are crisp on branding & analytucs; video lectures clear, profs responsive on forums. Curriculum covers core well, includes Reels & influencer trends post-ban. Paired with live projects, feels job- ready. Solid choice!
Placements this year were decent-75% of our MBA batcg got placed. Highest went 18 LPA to a marketing guy in Unilever, average hovered around 8.5 LPA (monthly FMCG & e-con roles). Companies like ITC, HUL. Amazon, Zomato visited. Process was smooth-online aptitude, GD, then interviews; training team prepped us well with mpck sessions & resume help. College was super supportive, no fees for extra classes. Felt worth it
Campus is compact in Chennai suburbs-best: green lawns, open canteen chats; worst: cramped parking, rainy floods. Clubs for dance, quizzes, fest prep. Students chill, teachers helpful, staff quick. Safe area, 24/7 guards, clinic on call. Handles emergencies fine.
Campus vibe: lush lawns, chill canteen hangouts-top perks! Downside: parking chaos, monsoon puddles. Clubs rock-dance-offs, quiz nights, annual fest madness. Peers laid-back, profs approachable, staff zippy, Chennai suburbs spot-safe, gated, clinic ready for oops moments.
The hostels and their facilities are there, and the rooms are charged at a reasonable rate compared to other colleges in Noida. The mess food is good and clean. The classrooms in the college are fully functional and have projectors for facilitating presentations and case studies.
The semester exams are not very tough but if a student is regular in his studies then he will be able to score good marks without any problem. The course curriculum is always kept in line with the latest business trends and it also helps us to be industry-ready.
The salary offered in MBA placements here is quite good, with the packages starting from about 3.8 LPA and reaching up to 10–12 LPA for the students with excellent abilities. The average percentage of students from the MBA batch who get placed is around 70–80% yearly.
The college has good infrastructure for students. Classrooms are spacious and clean. Science labs are available for practical work, though some equipment could be updated. The library has a good collection of books and provides a quiet place to study.
The academic environment is good. Teachers are qualified, supportive, and explain concepts clearly. Most of them are experienced and help students with both theory and practical work. The syllabus is well-structured, and regular classes are held.
Some students feel the placement support is limited. From one review “The campus is visited by a handful of companies every year, majority of students have to find work on their own off-campus.” So if your goal is immediate high-end placement, you may want to check recent placement stats department-wise.
The campus is large and quiet. Wi-Fi is only available in labs and specific academic blocks. The classrooms are large, and some classrooms include digital tools. The library has a good selection of books, journals and other reference material focused on the field of commerce.
Most faculty members are qualified and experienced. The professors explain problems appropriately, and assist students in understanding the theoretical and practical aspects of subjects such as accounting, taxation and economics.
Placements for B.Com students at this university are not good. Most of our seniors choose to pursue higher studies such as M.Com, CA, CS, and competitive exams as placements for commerce students are almost non-existent on this campus. Occasionally, some small firms would visit the campus for interns; however, no large companies come to campus for jobs.
Yes we have good infrastructure, whenever I try to fit my bag in a desk it doesn't fit, and in the lab the most of the systems used as showcase thing so we use our own laptop, we can found dogs and cats in our campus but not able to connect to the network ,the speed of the network is ' I don't know ' because I never able to connect to our clg portal ,living space will be cleaned after we finished classes ,we don't know the food in canteen is hygienic or not but we know it is tasteless
I feel like, i don't know what I am studying and why am I studying ,even don't know the course full names ,the faculties don't know what they are doing even they don't have knowledge in their respective fields they can do the 1 module for 1 month and also they can do 3 module in 1 month and can skip 1 module like they don't exist in syllabus ,All the faculties are eating snacks in the staff room Like it is their duty. They sound like pros in motivating students, they change their tune and talks differently depends on who is listening.
Placement is really dissapointed, companies are shown up barely and just a talk and selects only 1-5 students and disappear just like that ,they offer a very low package but expects a most skilled students we don't get support and preparation classes for placements ,they hyped it up starting, but reality is only known by those who are struggling.
The worst is Attendance ,we just have to attend so many events even if we don't know about the event likewise we can get attendance rather than zone out in classroom.
..
It's nice. Necessary infrastructure, facilities and equipment are there. Necessary infrastructure, facilities and equipment are there. ...Library is there and books are available. Spaces are kinda clean

This year, companies like Dabur, ICICI Bank, Axis Mutual Fund, HDFC AMC, Paytm Money, and Reliance Retail visited for recruitment. Many students secure roles in sales, marketing, finance, business development, and analytics. The placement team also organizes outbound learning programs to help students perform better in interviews.
I like the overall infrastructure of the college as it has the spacious classrooms that we call breathable one where we actually have a proper ventilation then comes the auditorium and I really attend all the functions in the college.
So far I do not have complaint from the academics side the professors follow curriculum and have a better understanding level they are really experienced in their field the only one thing I feel could be better is the marking scheme that they follow.
Really good placements I interacted with the seniors who got placed in the companies, according to me students should really focus on the skills and should be able to master it another thing is the cgpa aspect.

There’s also a computer center with high-speed internet for student projects and research. The campus includes playgrounds for sports, a canteen with tasty and clean food, and well-furnished hostels for boys and girls.
Teachers are always approachable and passionate about helping students succeed. They use simple and clear teaching methods so everyone can follow along easily. Professors take extra sessions for students who need more guidance, especially before exams. Many faculty members are involved in research and encourage students to explore innovative ideas through projects. They also help in preparing for GATE, GRE, or placement exams. Teachers focus not only on marks but also on improving students’ confidence and overall skills.
College maintains a strong placement record for both IT and core branches. The placement department regularly invites top companies for campus drives. Students receive pre-placement training that covers aptitude, technical tests, and interview practice. Companies such as Tata Consultancy Services, Infosys, KPIT, and Bosch recruit students every year. The average package is around ₹4 LPA, while the best offers touch ₹9 LPA for skilled candidates. Internships are also offered in reputed firms to help students gain real-world experience.

Faculty members also invite guest lecturers and alumni from industries to give students exposure to current trends.
Placements are consistent and student-focused. The training and placement cell provides continuous guidance from the third year onwards. The average placement package stands around ₹4–4.5 LPA, with some students securing higher packages up to ₹10 LPA. The college also helps students in applying for off-campus drives and higher education.
Infrastructure is developing , facilities are lacking and main thing is less equipment to research and lab technician ,cause main problem to understand the lab program 2.Facilities are developing by time ,it will take.time .but can cause lakh of loss to new students. 3. It all depends on student who keeps the hygeine and staff sometimes it becomes trash sometimes it looks manged .
Masters programme in Genetics and breeding , teaching quality and teacher are best . Curriculum is not updated there is too much need of development. Only enthusiasm is good teaching facility . Good
No placement zero placement Average Only some private companies placement held but salaries are top less 15k maximum Quality zero No future plans there Short term placements and no any post available

The classrooms are equipped with modern teaching aids such as projectors, smart boards, and sound systems, which make the learning process engaging and interactive. The laboratories are well-furnished and regularly upgraded with advanced instruments to facilitate practical experiments in soil science, plant pathology, genetics, agronomy, and other disciplines. The library is another strong asset of the college. It houses an extensive collection of textbooks, journals, research papers, and e-resources, providing students and researchers with easy access to valuable academic materials. The computer and internet facilities are reliable and support students’ academic and research needs. The experimental farms and greenhouses maintained by the faculty offer hands-on exposure to modern agricultural practices and technologies, helping students gain real-world experience. The hostels are clean and comfortable, with adequate facilities for both boys and girls. Additionally, the campus includes sports grounds, cafeterias, and transportation services, contributing to a balanced student life.
The academics at the Faculty of Agriculture, SKUAST-Kashmir (FoA SKUAST-K) are really well-structured and student-focused. Classes are conducted regularly, and attendance is taken seriously, which helps us stay consistent with our studies. The teachers are very dedicated and always available to help students, whether it’s during class hours or even after lectures. They explain concepts clearly and make sure everyone understands the topic before moving forward. One of the best things about the academics here is the focus on practical knowledge. Along with theory, we spend a good amount of time in laboratories, experimental farms, and field visits, where we get to apply what we learn in real situations. This hands-on experience makes studying agriculture much more interesting and useful.
When it comes to placements and career opportunities, the Faculty of Agriculture, SKUAST-Kashmir (FoA SKUAST-K) mainly focuses on preparing students for government and central-level exams rather than private sector jobs. Although placements in the private sector are quite rare, the college provides good guidance and motivation for students who want to appear in competitive exams like ICAR, UPSC, JRF, SRF, and various state-level agricultural officer exams. Teachers are very supportive and help us understand the exam patterns, important topics, and preparation strategies. They often share study materials and guide us on how to approach these exams effectively. The faculty also organizes seminars and guest lectures from experts, which give us exposure to different career paths in agriculture and allied fields.
For me personally, campus life at the Faculty of Agriculture, SKUAST-Kashmir (FoA SKUAST-K) has been more than just academics — it has been a healing and uplifting experience. Before joining this college, I was going through a tough phase in life, feeling stressed and unsure about the future. But being on this campus changed things for me in a short span of time. The friendships I made here have been incredible. Late-night conversations with friends, shared laughter, and moments of support made me feel understood and less alone. Participating in sports and outings helped me relax, stay active, and regain confidence. The teachers here are not just educators but also mentors who care about our well-being; their guidance and friendly attitude made a huge difference in how I approached both studies and life.
This campus is heaven for me,this campus gave me the life which I could'nt imagine before ,the staff students, teachers became family Alhamdulillah for Everything
People have multiple opinions regarding the infrastructure some say its good some say the opposite but I actually like it and the most important thing for me is the ground as I am into sports and so far I have no complaint.
I feel the academics could have been better I dont know about other departments but as for my commerce department the professors are lazy and I also noticed they are little biased if you have good ties with them then its alright.
As far as I have understood every year various companies come into campus for the campus placements but the actual result is really disappointing they only pick 2-3 students which is really a low number.
