Master of Laws (LLM) is a two-year full-time postgraduate program in Law offered by the University of Kalyani, Kalyani.


Eligibility Criteria

A candidate for admission to the LL.M. degree program should have passed the LL.B. degree examination of a recognized University having secured not less than 50% of marks in the aggregate out of the maximum marks prescribed.

Admission Details

Candidates for the LL.M. Course shall be selected on the basis of a combined assessment.  

  • Performance at the admission test conducted by the Institute; and
  • A past academic record at the LL.B. Degree Examination. On the basis of the above, applicants will be short-listed for initial selection. Such candidates shall then be called for a group discussion on the basis of which the final selection shall be made.
