It's a government aided college, with ok'ish infrastructure. The faculty is proper. No placement and campusing. There's no hostel system, it the union will help you out with that. The fees are very nominal as being a government college. There is a proper student atmosphere. Proper common room and library.

Well frankly compared to law schools we are lacking behind . Lack of infrastructure .Faculties are good but need to update themselves accordingly . Neither practical experience nor placement cell. Something good about this college is its from 7.30 to 11, so basically after that, u can join firms or legal associate to learn stuff .

The campus is very small. The moment you enter the college look ahead, all you find is a dead end. I honestly do not find anyway until now in which the college can strengthen my corporate exposure. College begins at 6:30 am sharp, Even if you come late by minutes you are not allowed to enter the premises of the college. Also, I am from Bihar and the population from is very limited in the college. I find it very hard to exist here. As I do not speak or understand Bengali. The college stands nowhere in placements. No hostel. We have one contract law professor. He has a way of teaching which I like. And he makes you understand something in easy terms. The college is unable to attract diverse crowd cause Students from different corners of India do not come here. Because of the language and place problem. Very affordable it is, 200 rupees per month is the fees and Kolkata it is.

It is the best law college under C.U. The campus is not that much big as compared to others. But its okay. It is located in prince anwar shah road , kolkata . Many trees are planted in and around college campus which makes it a Eco-friendly one. Classrooms are huge and spacious with one auditorium and one digital lab with free Hi- speed wifi in the college. The college library has a huge collection with one one reading room. The canteen is like a hangout place for the students. The food quality is not that bad though there is not very much varieties. The faculty is no doubt the best. The teaching skills are high with good notes quality. Overall this college is the best law college one can get into.
