You can apply for JoSSA counseling but you can't get the seat in NITS AND IIIT'S.

You can get seat by stream 2 option in some colleges. Where you can get seat by Jee main rank in colleges

one of the eligibility criteria is:-

Candidates must have passed 10+2 from CBSE, CISCE or an equivalent exam. However, candidates who have passed the qualifying exam in the compartment will not be considered for admission.

Dear Marfa, sorry to disappoint you but you can't register for the counselling under JAC. 

The eligibility criteria under Qualifying Exam for JAC is - 

• Candidates must have passed 10+2 from CBSE, CISCE or an equivalent exam. However, candidates who have passed the qualifying exam in compartment will not be considered for admission.
