Hope you are doing good. I dont think you can get admission in iit because of your percentage in cbse or nit percentile. Actually you need to get through iit cutoff marks and then your iit ranking should also be high.

If you are a general category student then you can't get admission in IIIT's because this year cut off's are as follows

But don't feel demotivated as your board percentage are very high you can easily get your state government colleges as they account only for board percentage and your JEE MAINS score . I wish all the very best for your upcoming life hope this will help you if not you can comment below.
