I secured 624 marks with 3540 AIR. My category ( gen) rank is 2401.

With 2401 rank, and that too with general category, there is a very low chance to get any college of IPU, as MAMC closes its admission around 1000 rank. So you don't have a chance to get a seat in maulana azad medical college. Hard luck this time, and best of luck for the future

What about the other colleges like vmmc , Lhmc, ucms ? No chance?

Nope, hard luck. You can't get any of these colleges with general category, as all these colleges closes it's admission around 1000-1500 rank for general category. So hard chance, can wait for their cutoff list. But should start thinking for other options as well

I scored 650 in NEET my AIR is 943 and my OBC category rank is 214, is there a chance i could get MAMC or VMMC from IPU counselling? 

Also, is it okay to participate in both IPU and MCC counselling? If not, which should i go with?
