As per the above mentioned cutoffs if you have AIR 24444 as CRL rank than you have only 1% chance to get this branch at NIT Surathkal. Yes, if you are from Karnataka then, you will get this branch.

You should go for lower cutoff NITs if you want this branch or lower cutoff branches if you want NIT Surathkal as your college.
