Hi aspirant
Chemical Engineering or Metallurgical Engineering has a great scope worldwide. First coming to the branches, If you want to move overseas further, it can be a good option as most of the companies are grounded outside India. IIT Hyderabad is amomg one of the most upcoming young IITs, where the infrastucture is also commendable. Now coming to Ocean Engineering at IIT Madras (Chennai) I think if you have great interest in Fluid mechanics, you should definitely opt for it. Both the institutes are having their own reputation and both are awful.
So, I would suggest you to first think over your interests and future choices, then you can opt gor any of the above you like.
Choice is all yours. Both are very good.

Dear aspirant, Ocean Engineering and Naval Architecture from IIT Madras is better than Chemical Engineering and Metallurgy in IIT Hyderabad. You may have good scope in future for these fields.
