But the cutoff of CSE is higher for NIT Silchar, so, NIT Silchar is clearly a better college to pursue CSE than IIIT Naya Raipur. The NIRF ranking for NIT Silchar better than IIIT Naya Raipur. Placemets are also good at NIT Silchar. In terms of facilities and infrastructure, both atre same.

So, NIT Silchar is the best.
