IIT Delhi is one of the top IIT's of India. To get into this IIT, you have to get a very good rank in the JEE Advance exam. Now, if you want CS here, then your rank must be very good. As per the previous year trends and the cut-off data, you have to get a minimum CRL Rank of around 100. And it needs a lot of hard work and practice to get such a rank.
