As you have secured 24013 rank in sc category in jee mains then your crl rank must be around near about 360000.

So, with this much high sc category rank you can't get any iiits or nits or gftis in whole csab counseling.

Also if your preferred college is iiit pune, then also you can't get any seat in iiit pune. Because last year the highest cutoff closing rank for sc category candidates on the basis of their Crl Rank was - 192706 ( for ece branch in csab round 2 ).

Also in csab special round counseling, with this huge crl rank, you can't get any iiits not even in csab special round counseling, not even from your home state quota. Apart from iiits, you will also not get any good nits or good gftis like bit mesra in csab special round counseling.

But there is a very low chance that you can get some gftis in csab round counseling like - National Institute of Food Technology Entrepreneurship and
Management, Ghani Khan Choudhary Institute of Engineering and Technology, School of Engineering, Tezpur University ,etc. Because for these institutes too, the sc category cutoff closing crl rank is nearly 345000.

So, getting a gfti is also very difficult from this much sc category crl rank.
