3.5 lakh is my jee 2020 rank i have sc cateogry can i get any seat in csab 2020 ( any branch ) ..if more no of seat vacant in joosa ...! can i get any seat in any institute or north east institutes..?

With this rank it will be very difficult for you to get a seat even in CSAB rounds of counselling. Your rank is very high for that. But with this rank you can try private engineering colleges and also you can try for state level counselling . But do fast as state level counsellings are ending. Also for private colleges check their official website for admission process.
