Yaah definitely you will get BITS campus this year, since your CGPA in your first year is very good as well your obtained marks in BITSAT is also upto the mark through which you may get admission in the BITS promisses. 
But before paying the next sem fees of your college you may first submit the application form and letter to your respective branch HOD such that he may talk to higher official of your college as soon as possible before the admissions of BITS will begin.

Sorry to say but you will get the College but yo I will have to start right from first year. You will get CSE at PILANI Campus and letting a year go for that is not at all a bad decision. So just go for BITS. Your year wasted here will lead you to a fruitful life ahead.
