For your rank secured in the WBJEE 2018 it is not possible for you to get into the CSE/IT branch in the HIT(Heritage Institute of Technology) as the closing rank for these branches are within 9k only as per the previous years trends.

NOW, about the Haldia Institute of Technology there exist a slight possibility for your admission in the IT Stream,CSE is not possible in HALDIA also.
