Going by the cutoffs of previous years, you can get MBA IT in KU and MGU. You can get a seat in OU but not in the main campus. You can try for the Jogipet campus. Also, it is not possible to get a seat in Nizam though with this rank.

Visit https://images.careers360.mobi/sites/default/files/ts-icet-cutoff.pdf to get information regarding the cutoffs of these and other different colleges in the previous years and shortlist the ones where you can admission with your rank. Having said that, I will also say that the cutoffs vary every year depending on the number of candidates, their rank, the number of seats available, etc.
