The cut off rank for admission in to IIIT, Delhi changes every year depending on various factors like number of candidates appeared, difficulty level of examination and number of seats available etc. In 2020 the cut off for SC category (outside Delhi) was as follows for admission in to IIIT, Delhi

• Computer Science and Applied Mathematics: 5715
• Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence:4686
• Computer Science and Biosciences: 6811
• Computer Science and Design: 6185
• Computer Science and Engineering:2271
• Computer Science and Social Sciences: 6234
