Hello Bikram,
Since iit Dhanbad is newly built and has lesser placements and packages, bits Pilani is one of the top best colleges in India. You should pursue mtech in structural engineering in BITS college. The college is purely based on merit and no reservation or caste category. Also you will be given scholarship if you score good marks in your first semester.
