Both your AIR and category ranks are in the range of lakhs, which is pretty low if you are considering getting into MBBS and BDS degrees. Keeping this in mind, you will not get any government or deemed private medical colleges through the All India Quota Seats (15%). Since you have a domicile of Delhi you can apply with the State Quota seats (85%) and see how that works out for you.

As you can figure out for yourself that the marks are not up to the level of a Government Institute and you may not even get your preferred seat or even choice of course
It will be best to improve your score in the next examination so that you can score well than before and get the College you want.
