I am extremely sorry to tell you dear but you cannot get into any medical college, be it a private medical college or government medical college without qualifying entrance exam i.e neet examination.

This is because, it is mandatory for students for qualifying neet examination for getting admission in medical colleges for mbbs, bams, bhms, bds etc and without qualifying neet, you cannot get admission in even abroads in medical colleges for your mbbs etc.

So , if you want to get into any medical college you have no option other than going through the entrance exam i.e NEET as it is the only gateway to all the medical colleges.

Nitin, NEET is the sole entrance examination for admission to MBBS colleges across India including AIIMS and JIPMER. Now as an Indian Student if you want to study MBBS abriad, even then NEET has been made mandatory. So just to answer your question, there is no admission to MBBS possible without NEET.
