Hey Drvedkumar! The preference list for counselling is based on various factors like fees, city in which college is situated, cutoff of college, placements and faculty. Based on these you have to arrange the colleges which you think best should be on the top and so on. Placing government colleges on top is the best way to get good colleges. Your preference list is also good as you have placed CoEP on the top which is one of the best college of Maharashtra.
