St. Stephens is the best science college in DU followed by Hindu, Hansraj and Ramjas. Except Stephens, all of them admit through cutoffs, which you clear. 

Choose subject of your interest. You have options from Honours in Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Chemistry as these are equally good and popular at these colleges owing to great faculty and opportunities.
