Based on your percentile in JEE Mains, your rank would be more than 70000 in the common rank list.  As you are from EWS category, you might get some non core branches in the newer IIITs and GFTIs.
With this rank, you have no chances of getting a seat in DTU and NSIT, Delhi if from outside state quota. Even if from Home State Quota, your chances are almost no.
You can prepare for the JEE mains second session which will be conducted in September, 2020 and try to improve your score.
