My OBC-NCL rank is 31523, can I get admission in NIT calicut with subjects like metallurgy?

It is very difficult for you to get admission in any branch at NITCalicut with this rank. All branches get closed with an OBC NCL rank under around 11000. I think metallurgy is not there in NIT Calicut.
